 And now for the serious bit... OUR PRODUCTS All of the jewellery on the website is designed and handmade by myself. I use a vast selection of natural gemstone beads and hand made glass so there will always be slight variations in colour shape and size. All jewellery shown is made with silver plated nickel free findings. All items can be made with gold plated findings for no extra charge. Sterling silver findings can be used, if requested, and quotes can be provided before ordering. Each jewellery design can be made in almost any size/colour of bead. Prices shown on each image is for the beads shown. Please email me for availability and price. Every effort has been made to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Colours and images may vary depending on monitor and browser, therefore we unable to guarantee that goods received will be exactly as shown on your monitor. Dimensions have been stated as accurately as possible.
PAYMENT
Payment methods currently accepted are Paypal, cheque/postal order, or direct bank transfer.Cheques/postal orders should be made payable to Melanie Soper.
All items are now available to purchase direct from the website, and are available for dispatch on receipt of payment.
DELIVERY Please allow 7-14 days for production and despatch of "made to order" jewellery.
Orders will be sent out in their entirety, unless requested otherwise. All our prices are inclusive of UK standard 1st class postage and packaging, so the price you see on a piece, is the price you pay! Hopefully this will make purchasing a little simpler for all of us.
If goods are sent recorded, and is returned to us because no one was available to receive it and the goods were not collected in the time specified on the card left, you will be asked to pay the postage for us to send the goods back out to you. A 50% deposit may be required for custom orders (or orders over £50) upon acceptance of confirmation of order, with the balance payable upon completion.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Orders weighing up to 150g to Europe, will incur an additional cost of £3.00 per order. Orders to the rest of the world will incur an additional cost of £4.00 per order. A quote for postage will be given before payment is taken.

RETURNS Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you need to return your item/s, please follow the policy detailed below:
No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings due to hygiene reasons. If any item is not quite what you expected, then please notify us by email (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then either issue a refund, or allow you to exchange the item for something else. When issuing refunds, postage costs on the original item are not refunded. Please ensure returned items are packaged adequately. Goods received back damaged due to insufficient packaging will have the cost of packaging deducted from the refund.Please send items back to us using Recorded/Special Delivery for security purposes. Goods should be inspected on delivery. Should the items be received damaged/faulty, then please let us know within 7 days. |
